Boilers Warmet SDS Ceramik are produced in range of nominal power from 14 kW to 115 kW. In these boilers is used lower/upper combustion method using the "primary air" of coal aerogenesis in the chamber with ceramic insert inside. With the participation of the so-called "secondary air" at a temperature of approximately 1000 to 1100 ° C all the combustion products of wood, sawdust, wood and peat briquettes, straw, coal, etc. are post-burned and the boilers achieves efficiency above 80% at nominal power.

Energy certificate

 

Boilers Warmet SDS Ceramics have energy certificate in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 18 February 1999. (Dz.U.Nr 16 poz. 145). Authentication Nr ME/ZBU/04/00.

 

 
Fuel types and combustion time

 

Wood:

In order to achieve nominal power, it is required to use the firewood which humidity do not exceed 20% (firewood dried under the roof for 18 months). Firewood of larger dimensions (cutted into larger pieces) loaded into the boiler increases the boiler burning time even up to 8 hours.

 

 

Chips and sawdust:

As the wood should be well dried with a moisture content not exceeding 20%. Combustion time 2-5 hours (depending on the building heat demand).

  

 

Attention!!!

Humid chips or sawdust burned in the device may lead to corrosion. In places where deposits sawdust and chips can accumulate moisture, which, together with the exhaust gases may enter into a chemical reaction with the boiler metal sheet. Therefore, at least 2 times a week combustion chamber of the boiler should be well cleaned. In addition, it is necessary to mount a mixing valve and maintain the boiler temperature above 70 º C. 

 

Coal and culm:

  • recommended energy value  > 15MJ/kg

Room temperature regulator

 

The room temperature regulator operates together with the boiler control unit Luxus 3 Plus and Luxus 4.

Room temperature regulator is to maintain the desired by user temperature in heated space.

Through regulator communication with the control unit Luxus 4 it is possible to optimally control the work of water pumps, thus increasing the efficiency of heating system and improving the ease of use.

 

Ceramic chamber

 

In the structure of traditional "chamber" boilers exhaust gases, which have very high energy value, carry a high ballast of carbon aerogenesis products, such as carbon monoxide, soot, tar substances, etc. They go directly from the combustion chamber through water channels, at this point post-burning process ends. Exhaust gases, rather than to give additional heat are released into the atmosphere.

 

In the case of Warmet SDS Ceramik boiler all aerogenesis products are post-burnt on special ceramic inserts involving high temperature of about 1000-1100 ° C.

 

Boilers comply with the national and international rules of pollutants emissions. Using a number of unique technical solutions caused that in terms of dust-gas pollutants boilers receive more favorable rates compared to other devices available on our market.

 

Control

 

Optimizing the combustion process relied on relevant supply and section of air takes place by means of microprocessor control unit.

 

This mechanism allows to maintain the desired temperature of water coming out from the boiler. It also controls the temperature of hot sanitary water working with the so-called hot water priority (known so far with the automation systems of diesel and gas installations). Provides maximum comfort thanks to the work with a specially designed room temperature regulator of heated space.
