Environmental awareness and customers’ satisfaction are key values for KOSTRZEWA company. Burning of biomass does not impose harmful effects on the environment, as there is no additional emission of CO₂, in contrary to conventional fuels like coal or crude oil. Choice of this fuel is the choice of healthier environment around us.

Keeping this in our minds we have designed a new solution to automatic burning of biomass (pellets and oat) – Platinum Bio burner.

Platinum Bio burner works automatically and requires minor maintenance. Its operation has been maximally simplified, ensuring high comfort of exploitation.

The burner is constructed of high quality materials, which in combination with 3 years warranty reduce exploitation costs and bring trust to this new technology.

Second generation of Fuzzy Logic method has been applied in the device, together with two-stages menu. This solution results in fuel consumption reduced by 30%, and reduced wearing of components, in comparison to other market proposals.

This innovative burner enables automatic burning of pellets (6-8 mm diameter) and oat****, respecting strict EU emmision limits.

It is especially advised for existing manually fed coal boilers and oil or gas boilers. It may also be mounted to new boilers via the adapter**, with no loss of producer’s warranty.  

We offer the following power outputs of Platinum Bio burners: 16 kW, 24 kW and 32 kW.

Major advantage of Platinum Bio burner is its simple operation, limited to replenishing fuel in the tank and pressing START button. Later, within few minutes the boiler automatically ignites the fuel, adjusts proper parameters of work and will sustain stable temperature in heating spaces and of hot water. All reports are clearly presented on large display.

Typical drawbacks of gravitational, chute burners, that have to be manually cleaned, do not exist in Platinum Bio burner.

Elements of the boiler are constructed from heat-resistant steel H25N20S2, recommended for temperatures up to 1150ºC.

Galvanized fuel tank (305l or 485l) is resistant to corrosion.

One can easily switch to log wood burning (in the boiler equipped with fan) – by choosing “wood” option in the menu. Then, the burner will stop and fan will be turned on.

Platinum Bio automatics controls:

• boiler’s pump
• 10 heating circuits (radiators and underfloor heating or hot water)- in weather mode*
• hot sanitary water *
• temperature of the interiors *

Useful functions :

- user does not have to remember about the next service overhaul- a reminder will appear on the display- as option

- statistics display, e.g:

-minimum, maximum and average output of the burner

- minimum, maximum and average fuel consumption

- if one wants to heat industrial buildings that require unusual settings- they may be adopted in the extended service mode.

Ease and convenience of Platinum Bio exploitation is comparable to oil burners.
